Sub-Regions - Lancashire

The Lancashire BME pact was formed in 2002 to enable voluntary groups to come together to share best practice and to provide a voice for local BME communities.  Today, it provides a range of services and support, advises on BME issues and works together to ensure community representation at the local and regional level.

Lancashire BME Pact’s overall aim is to ensure that local communities contribute to, and benefit from, regeneration and community cohesion programmes by enabling people to engage, inform and participate in the changes that are taking place.
